The Terror Begins Here...

With only days to go until the show's opening at the 2012 Edinburgh Fringe, follow unfolding events and learn more about the production HERE! For starters, here's a brief outline of the plot of 'Terror On Presley Beach' to whet your appetite...

Overwhelmed by ecological breakdown, the planet of Sulphuro is dying. One lone scientist can save it but is ridiculed and finally forced to leave for Earth. Sulphuro’s governors realise their mistake and a mission is launched to Earth to bring back the missing scientist.

The scientist has assumed human form and is living in the seaside resort of Fun City, as are teenagers Brad Orbison, Cissie Capstick, Frank Donohoe and Alma Harris, and ex-singer, bodybuilder and university professor, Johnny Machismo.

Fun City’s main attraction is Presley Beach, original birthplace of Rock’n’Roll King, Elvis Presley, who makes a guest appearance in the show. It is also the location of Fun City Zoo, home of Toby the Gorilla, whose dramatic escape gives Johnny Machismo the opportunity to demonstrate his bravery.

The aliens, one of whom is inexplicably in the form of a disembodied head, must find out who is the missing scientist and take them back to Sulphuro to save the planet...
